The Printing Lab is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our website. Accessibility is an ongoing part of our work as we develop and update the site.

Help using the website

We welcome feedback about barriers you encounter. When emailing us, please include any details you are comfortable sharing:

• The page address and the task you were trying to complete
• A description of the problem
• Your browser and device, if known
• Any assistive technology involved, if relevant
• How you would prefer us to help

You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical information. Please do not include passwords or payment card details.

Ongoing improvements

We are working to improve keyboard access, readable layouts, clear labels, and support across screen sizes. Some features may still present barriers, and we use feedback to guide further improvements.
